The idea
Move Point gives field representatives a place to submit deposit receipts, request leave or advances and check salary information. Supervisors can also handle onboarding and employee documents.

Companies running distributed field teams, where the reporting line used to be WhatsApp messages and a folder of receipts.

Representatives can handle everyday requests without chasing the office. Supervisors have a consistent way to collect receipts and employee documents across a distributed team.

My role

I was the mobile developer on this product. I built the apps and made the technical decisions behind them.

The day's deposit receipts arrive without chasing
A representative photographs the receipt and files it from wherever they are, and it holds even on a weak signal instead of being lost and re-sent tomorrow. The office stops spending its morning asking for yesterday.
Requests that carry a status instead of a follow-up
Leave, advances and resignations are filed in the app and tracked through to a decision. The person who asked can see where it stands, so the question is never asked twice.
Two roles, one app, no confusion
A representative and a supervisor open the same app and see only the work that is theirs — supervisors get onboarding and documents for new reps, and everyone else gets a simpler app because of it.
Salary information without a phone call
Pay details are available to the person they belong to, view-only and nowhere else. The most sensitive screen in the app is deliberately the least eventful one.
